We
accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, money orders and cashiers
checks.
Your credit card will be billed by CAROLE DAVIS JEWELRY CREATIONS.
If you are not familiar with paypal but would like to try it, we can
send you a paypal invoice. Please request same by sending us an email
at info@gardenofearrings.com. You will find

Shipping Information
HOW?
We ship by United States Postal Service, First Class Mail.
Shipping costs are $4.00 and $1.00 for each additional jewelry item
to save you money on multiple orders. Insurance is $1.30 for $50.00
and $2.20 for $100.00. If purchase is in excess of $100.00, please contact
us for insurance rates before making payment. We will not ship uninsured
parcels. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
WHILE IN THE HANDS OF THE USPS. IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE
US, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR POSTAGE AND INSURANCE INFORMATION.
GIFT WRAPPING? All pieces of jewelry come in individual
attractive gift boxes. There is no extra charge for gift wrapping but
there is a problem with bows getting crushed in the mail. If you require
gift wrapping with a bow, or gift wrapping with bows on several items,
there will be an additional charge for special boxing and shipping.
We will also provide a gift card with your message at your request.
WHEN? We ship twice a week. Let us know if you need
something right away and we will always accommodate you.
RETURNS?
We accept returns within 10 days PROVIDED you notify us upon receipt
of the jewelry that you are not pleased with it and get a return authorization
number. If this return is based on something which was clearly stated
in the description of the product, $5.00 will be deducted to cover
the cost we are charged for processing the sale. This charge is waived
if the jewelry is defective in any way. Email: info@gardenofearrings.com.
Please note that postage is not refundable and the jewelry will not
be accepted for return if it has been damaged or shows signs that
it has been worn by the customer. We will always try to work out whatever
problems may occur. We want all our customers to be happy shopping
at gardenofearrings.com.
REPAIRS?
If your beaded, pearl or wirewrapped handmade jewelry becomes damaged
for any reason, we will repair it for you at a nominal fee DEPENDING
upon the type of damage. Please contact us. Some beads and/or pendants,
since they are original, cannot be replaced. However, we will do what
we can to find a replacement that will please you and a picture will
be emailed to you for approval of any replacement beads and/or pendants,
the net cost of same, the cost of labor and postage. If you approve,
we will remake your piece of jewelry. We will do whatever we can to
keep you happy and a regular customer. Please be advised that we do
not repair the jewelry in the stering silver or cubic zirconia
departments.
CUSTOM JEWELRY? We accept orders for custom beaded,
pearl and wirewrap jewelry. We make jewelry for wedding parties
and for any other occasion. We will require as much information as you
can supply regarding the specifics of the jewelry you wish and we will
submit to you what we can do to meet these specific requirements. We
then require a 50% deposit which is estimated until a final price is
determined by the cost of the materials and labor. Once material is
ordered, this deposit becomes non refundable.
Prior to work being started, a picture of the stones and/or beads
will be emailed to you for your approval together with a final price.
If there is a balance due to cover the 50% deposit, it is due at this
time. A picture of the finished piece of jewelry is also emailed to
you for approval prior to shipping. Any reasonable changes will be
made at no charge. If major changes to the specifications you originally
requested and were agreed upon are required, there will be additional
material and/or labor charges. The balance due must be paid in full
before we ship. We make many custom jewelry pieces and have to date
had all satisfied customers. We will do everything we can to make
you happy with any jewelry you purchase from us.
